1. General Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of our work with a satisfaction guarantee. Refunds are available under specific conditions outlined below.

Once your order has been accepted by a writer and work has commenced, no full refunds are available. However, we offer unlimited revisions until you're completely satisfied.

2. Refund Eligible Cases

  • Order Cancellation: Before writer assignment - 100% refund
  • Writer Cancellation: If assigned writer cannot complete - 100% refund
  • Quality Issues: After 3 revision rounds, if still unsatisfied - case-by-case review
  • Service Not Delivered: Non-delivery within agreed timeframe - full refund

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Work completed and delivered as per original instructions
  • New requirements after order acceptance
  • Plagiarism due to client-provided sources
  • Academic penalties due to late submission
  • Delivered work that passes our quality standards

4. Refund Process

  1. Submit refund request within 14 days of delivery
  2. Our Quality Assurance team reviews the case (24-48 hours)
  3. Decision communicated via email
  4. Approved refunds processed within 5-7 business days

5. Refund Methods

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) may be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Revision Policy (Preferred Alternative)

We encourage using our unlimited revision policy first. Most issues can be resolved through revisions at no additional cost. Revisions are available for 14 days after delivery.
